Terms and Conditions:

At the arrival every customer has to provide us with a valid ID document for us to be able to record details. This is required by government.  Also the payment of the booking must take place and completed.

Only the customers which names appear on the reservation are allowed to enter the property. The reservation is not transferable.  If less people of the reservation get to the location, or the delayed arrival, or departure anticipated there is not entitlement of a refund.

The initial deposit that is required, is not refundable due to cancellation of the booking no matter when the cancellation took place.

In case we will have to cancel the reservation  we will inform of such as soon as possible. We will do our best to replace the booking with something similar with no additional cost.

In case you are not satisfied with our proposition we will entirely refund your deposit.

The access (check-in) can be between  14:oo and midnight. The delivery of the keys (check out) is at 10:00 a.m.

To confirm a booking every customer is required to pay  30% of the whole value of the booking. The payments can be done through International Bank Transfer, or postal merit. Ones we receive  the deposit we will confirm the booking by email.

The payment must be received within 7 working days from the booking time in order to validate the booking. You can confirm the deposit payment even by fax at +390921/423028.

Pets are not allowed in our appartments .

Terms and Conditions can change unless specified different in appartment/villa decription.

When collecting the property keys, every customer is required to pay a deposit from €100 to €250 (cash or credit card) depending on the property. In case of any inconvenience the cost of the damage will be deducted from deposit. The deposit is returned in full on check out providing the property is left in conditions as when assigned to the customer.
